Growing Wheatgrass
Need the following items:
1. Seven trays, 4” deep, approximately 12” long x 8” wide (number the trays 1-7, with permanent marker)
2. Good soil to fill the trays
3. Good natural fertilizer to mix with the soil
4. 4 lbs organic wheat (whole)
5. This will make enough juice for four persons.
Growing method:
1. Fill tray one with soil and fertilizer.
2. Place one cup of whole wheat seeds, about ½ deep into the tray. Spread them evenly.
3. Water the tray. Place it in the sun. It needs atleast 4 hours of sunlight a day.
4. Water the tray every day.
5. When the grass is 4” tall (roughly 7 days later), you should pull the grass out of the tray.
6. The same process should be repeated every day with the new tray. This way, after seven days you will have a new batch ready for consumption.
Intake method:
1. Wash the grass that you cut with the scissors and blend or juice it.
2. Every morning drink two ounces of wheat grass juice.
3. You may add apple juice for taste.
